West Asheville Overhaul – Interior Renderings

Well, it’s been several weeks since our last update on this project that we’re calling West Asheville Overhaul.  In the meantime, we got a good amount of snowfall here in the mountains.  Although it was short lived, it disrupted the timeline a bit.  Subsequently, the holidays hit and temperatures dropped substantially, just like the rest of the Mid West and East Coast.  Even so, our crew powered through and they’ve made good headway.

Exterior framing is finished and with the exception of doors and a few windows, we’re fully enclosed.

Interior framing has started and we will soon have clearly defined rooms.  Once this happens, the clients will have a better idea of how the space will feel.

As a designer, it’s my job to convey those spaces to my clients before any of that happens, so that they will stay with me and their vision as the process is in the “rough”.  One of the ways that I accomplish that is to create 3-dimensional interior renderings for them.

What now looks like this…….

Will soon look like this!

I think you get the picture.

Anyway, as this process unfolds, we’ll be adding more photos and renderings, so stay tuned.
